Excellent location. Cleanliness of the utility areas was adequate, but there was a lot of dust accumulated on lamps, tall cabinets, etc.

The location was great. The apartment was very nice. It has two bedrooms with double beds; one of them has an en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms isn't very big, and when we put in a baby cot, there was little room to move around. The living room and kitchen are spacious and very well-equipped, with all kinds of utensils. At times, we could hear banging noises, perhaps from the gym or the neighbors, and one day they started early, around 6:30. The elevator is very small; it doesn't fit a stroller and at most two suitcases, so we had to carry the stroller up the stairs (luckily, it's on the first floor).
