It's just a three-minute walk from one of the most beautiful bays in the world and a stone's throw from Ondarreta Beach, which connects, via the internationally renowned promenade, to the famous La Concha Beach. A bus line connects the city center in just five minutes.
It's worth noting that you'll have private parking at the property itself, so you won't have to worry about finding a place to park your vehicle.

Tolle, geräumige Wohnung in einer Nebenstraße mit einem Zugehörigen Parkplatz im Innenhof. All war sauber und vollständig eingerichtet, egal ob Küche oder Wohnbereich. Es gibt einen large TV im Wohnzimmer und night einen kleineren im Schlafzimmer. Bequeme Betten und ein ausreichendes Bad. Die Wohnung wirkt hell und luftig. Aus dem Innenhof kommt schon mal Geklapper (Garagen, Bar,...) aber grundsätzlich war es ruhig. Zu Fuß ist man in 5-7 Minuten am Strand und der Einkauf erledigt sich direkt an der Unterkunft. Günstige Gastronomie ist reichlich in einem Umkreis von ein paar hundert Metern zu erreichen. Bushaltestellen sind auch direkt am Objekt und bringen einen fix in die Altstadt von Donostia oder weiter weg... Nichts - und im übrigen hat uns die gesamte Stadt mit Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit erfreut.

Ruhige, kleine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss eines Mietshauses. Die Zwei Schlafzimmer sind super für eine Familie mit 1 oder 2 Kindern. Für vier Erwachsene wäre es mir zu eng. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was in der Beschreibung stand. Der Parkplatz befindet sich in einem Hof hinter Haus, zu dem man 3-4 Minuten läuft. The Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, obwohl um die Ecke Supermärkte, Bars und Bäcker liegen. Der Strand von Ondaretta ist fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Altstadt erreicht man in 25 Minuten zu Fuß oder man nimmt den Bus, der um die Ecke abfährt. Alles bestens. Im Badezimmer wären ein paar Hacken für die Handtücher eine willkommene Ergänzung.

The decor, the space, and the location were all excellent. It's at the end of the promenade, but the walk is pleasant, and there's a bus stop 5 minutes away that takes you to the city center in 11 minutes. The price was reasonable, and even considering the cost, this accommodation was good compared to what we saw in other areas.
