We had a nice stay in this spacious and bright apartment, right in the heart of San Sebastián. The location is fantastic—opposite a large kids’ playground, just a 5-minute walk to the Old Town, and only 50 metres to the surf beach. It’s a great spot if you want to be in the middle of the action. Our kids loved being so close to the beach. Big balcony was a bonus too! That said, being in the centre of town does come with noise. It’s a lively, bustling area, great for people-watching, but if you’re a light sleeper, you’ll need to keep the windows shut at night—which made it tricky for us as there’s no air conditioning. The hosts do provide fans for each room (we knew there was no aircon when booking), but in warmer weather, it wasn’t enough for us, we barely slept. The apartment was clean but fairly basic in terms of amenities. The kitchen isn’t well-equipped for cooking full meals. Overall, we had a good stay thanks to the great location and bright space.

The perfect location when visiting Donostia / San Seb: ~10 min walk to the old town, but in a much less crowded area - we're very happy we decided to stay here.

Our family had a comfortable 2 night stay. Appreciated the spaciousness for 5 adults to spread out. Clean and as described. Great neighborhood, one block from beach and 15 minute scenic walk over to old town and the waterfront hub of San Sebastián.

gorgeous flat, very clean, friendly host. very close to great beach. and everything in san sebastian. it’s not facing the sea. but it is facing a lovely square with a church. was perfect for our needs. we have two 17 year olds who want to surf . and we want to walk to the old town to see the churches and drink coffee .

Great location and very clean and spacious for my family of 5! Parking is easy next door in a public lot but note that you have to pay 30E a day. This apartment also includes sheets which I did not know was a ‘thing’ in that area. So that was nice as other apartments charge for sheets which is very odd to me. Especially if you’re traveling from the States or overseas where you’re not packing sheets. There is an elevator which is nice. This property is steps from the beach, great restaurants, quick walk to the city center. Like other reviews I agree that the check in could be clearer especially when you’re arriving late at night. That took longer than it should have and the instructions are confusing. The pillows were tiny so be prepared for that and also there is no shampoo, soap, or face tissue in the bathrooms. So you use up toilet paper quicker. Overall it’s a great apartment and close to everything!
